The majority of hirers get a discounted rate:

Private bookings (e.g. parties): 30%

Community groups (non-profit, volunteer run): 50%
Regular hirers: %age discount = hours of hire per term

     (e.g. 20hrs per term means a 20% discount)

     (assuming there are three terms per year!)

Current hourly rates, before discount:

Large hall only £30.85 (from Sep 2026: £31.87)

Small hall + kitchen £30.85 (£31.87)

Both halls + kitchen £38.56 (£39.84)

Meeting Room £30.85 (£31.87)

Whole hall premises £46.27 (£47.81)
